Create lots of websites with good reviews. Optimise them with SEO to outrank the bad review sites. Make enough websites to push the bad ones off page one. An arduous task, but could be worth it dependng on the potential of oyur product.
You may not even have to create websites. You can try posting good reviews on various review sites that are well-ranked. It may seem strange, but it can work. Also, try reaching out to the people who gave you those bad reviews. Sometimes, you may be able to cajole them into retracting what they'd written.
