How to Push a Keyword After Penguin 3.0 Updated

    don't use your target keyword more then 3% in backlinking and try to create backlinks from high authority sites for your target keywords.

    My advise is to dilute your link building process by giving variations in your links creation techniques and anchor texts. Also use long tail keywords rather than specific keywords; like use "best website design and development company" in place of "website design company".
