I received great information on purchasing a site on another thread. So I thought I come back to the experts at DP with another question. I have been approached about purchasing a site. It basically has good Good Global and Local searches and a reasonable CPC. What else should I look for if the goal is to make it adsense site. Also, is it just that simple (I know I may be dumbing this down). Do all I need to do is find someone to do a keyword search to come up with the same results?
