There's a domain name I really want for some marketing this summer. The domain already has high rankings for targeted keywords. It hasn't been updated since this fall, and it is set to expire in February. I contacted the owner about it, but I have received no response. I was wondering, is there anyway to buy so that when the name does expire, I get it? and If I do get the name and put the backlinks back up, will the high rankings remain?
