    how can i add site map to blogger and rss feed to my blogspot
    not rss headlins but complete topics

    You can try feedburner and this is linked to your Adsense account as well. If you don't have any you can get it from inside blogger.

    Sitemaps? you would have to create one manually as text file in a post called sitemap, my guess
