    since many days we notice that we got this message when we search for something:
    This site may harm your computer

    some hackers are adding scripts in the header of the sites they hack,
    so how can we protect our sites from this injection attacks?

    well the main ones would be make sure all the software you use is upto date.
    also remove write access to the files that don't need to be changed during the normal running on your website (basicly anything that is isn't data).

    that'll stop most
