    My Wordpress blog got hacked a while ago and I couldn't access it anymore. Some files were deleted, others were modified...

    I recommend everyone using Wordpree does a regular database backup and uses a Firewall plugin (I installed the free Wordpress firewall plugin from SeoEggHead).

    For those who are interested, I also posted a short article on my blog on how to secure a wordpress blog - I'm far from being an expert in this field and those are only basic steps.
