How to protect ourselves from being banned?

I am talking to honest people without any cheatings at all. But recently we've seen some DP guru that have problems with adsense. After a long time with no clicks, now I am getting few clicks a day and thinking of this problems. Can somebody share his eperience on protecting himself from that.
These are what I've read so far
    • Get a adsense trackers (but which is the best, Fee or Free?)
      Updated:
    • Report Google adsense if abnormal clicks (e.q. many from same IP) is found (use what email?)
    • Don't put website in signature, because competitors may try to attack? (Ooops, I still do it  )

Make sure that if Adsense disappears (or you get banned), that you're not going to go broke.

    Are you serious???

The rest are right. If you're afraid to get banned, diversify your income, so that if you should (God forbid) lose your account for whatever reason, you will have other sources of revenue to pick up the slack. Never ever EVER rely solely on Adsense.

do not join any autosurfs or paid to click/read email programs, this will drive traffic to your site which google feels are incentive based clicks. This will get you warned and then banned, try to keep it entirely legitimate. Use cpc engines, including google and do not tell or click on your own ads, which I'm sure you know about.

idk about your site in your sig, but I can imagine google will see this as incentive based traffic. They honestly do not worry or care about anyone, they call the shots. They will cancel your account on a whim, and hold all of the cash you are supposed to receive.

Why are you worried about getting banned? Can't you create new corporate accounts (like shoe money)?

Adlogger Link That should do everything you want. You can even make it so if someone is clicking too many links, ads aren't displayed for them. ^^

Yup, it doesn't effect your Google Adsense code in anyway, its just the same as you turn off Adsense and then putting it back on later, nothing wrong with it. Only thing is, is puts a cookie on the user's computer (to check how many links they've clicked so it can hide the ads if the number is too high) and some user's might not like that. But most couldn't give a crap.

From what I've heard, adlogger seems to work fine on small sites, but is a resource hog on larger sites (200k impressions and up) because of all the accumulated info. So watch out for that if you're going to use it on a big site. It might end up making your whole server crawl like a snail.

Well even Adlogger is pretty new, so I wouldn't count on a free, quality one very soon. But if you plan on using it on a big site, maybe investing in a commercial software that can handle the load better might not be such a bad idea. I don't know of any, but I'm sure there are some out there.

Don't click your own ads :)

As far as click attacks, I think people are WAY too paranoid about them

I'd agree with Jackburton. Yes, adlogger is resource extensive. I had a horrible experience with it since my site is already php/mysql empowered and daily pageviews are above 20K.

As for protecting oneself is concerned, you never know what might hit you like a hammer, multiple source of incomes from one's site is whats going to help. Don't just rely on Adsense only. Blend YPN, Adbite, CPM banners, Paypopup e.t.c. in your website alongside Adsense. While you are working with Adsense, try to get advertisers for your website.
