    Bull.

Hmm, the error message says that's too short an answer. So, this is just fluff.

You can try using ebook compiler that disable copy feature. It also can use password protection or expiry date for trial. Some even have the feature of only allowing it to install on one computer only.

How about making it in a SWF or any kind of file with accesss code need where the registered user can access it and others cant!

The access key can also be single usered ... its not very to make one ... just use the eBook making software.

    Hmm?

Where there is a will there is a short key.

The best thing I can think of for protecting your product is to get the ip upon download. Or give them a member only login area and watch to make sure there isn't anyone giving there account around.

    Just a few thoughts ...
Firstly Can I assume you want to sell this book ?
If so then you need to think about how your customers will want to view the book - packing it into an exe is a good way to make copying the content difficult, but it will also prevent the customer from reading the book in an e-book reader (hardware or software), which a lot of people like to do now.
Also when people download an e-book they pretty much expect to get something in some sort of text format - when presented with an exe (and the usual windows warnings) it can be a bit 'off-putting'.
But - in the end if someone wants to pirate even your exe, then they will. The more you do to try to prevent it, the more you end up inconveniencing your buyers (and possibly hurting your seo) - this is something you just can't get round.

I mean if your planning on selling your ebook then you could place it into a password protected rar archive. Then give them the password on purchase. This would stop people from stealing it from your servers. Though that's about it.
