I'm sorry for not taking you seriously. I think you should spend more time with her before proposing. Proposing after 3 hours with her will make you look crazy. She will turn you down, and you'll be sad for the rest of your life. Instead, spend more time with her, and date her for a long, long time. When you've done that - start thinking about proposing.

If you still think that you need to propose now - then take her to a romantic place - say sweet things, and just... do it.

 

You should spend some more time offline with her, and just be yourself.

 

There are loads of ideas wherein you can propose for a girlfriend. I guess it is much better to asked friends and relatives for things that your girlfriend would really like to get when they are pruposed usually friends do tell their friends about it so why not asked your gf friends for ideas and tell them you wanted to surprised your gf.
