There are hundreds of arcade sites just like the one you have. I think you should come up with something unique. New layouts would be nice. Add games one at a time not game packs. It looks like you are an ad whore thin out the ads. If you want to rank in the search engines you need to be unique.
As mentioned there are hundreds of other arcade sites and they all use the same games. If you want to make a success then you are going to have to put a lot of work in because you currently do not offer anything that I can get from another arcade site. I'm not keen on the design, the tiger stripe background annoys my eyes. You could contact freelance game developers and pay thme to write an exclusive game for you, this way you will have games that NO OTHER SITE HAS.
Ever since this one company has launched own your own arcade site thousands have been being bought up and promoted. Only prob with this is they all offer the same thing and same games. Stick out above the heard such as Addictinggames com Offer a user area a profile add new games each day etc. It takes alot of work but those sites where alot of work is put in are the ones that pay off.
