I am doing a a little bit of marketing work for a local insurance company. They are redesigning the website and then we are going Adding a blog to the website. SoI have a few beginner questions related to seoI have a pretty good idea how to go about choosing the proper keywords. Now I would like to know what is the right way to go about creating content once you have chosen the keywords?1. How many times should you try to put the keyword into the article?2. What are the other basics I should be aware of when creating content?I know that you should always be creating content for the user and not for the search engine.3. I would appreciate it if anybody can point me toward some good articles or videos dealing with content creation. I have done a fair amount of googling on the subject but it seems like everything I am able to find is a couple of years old and I know things change very quickly.
One of the ways you could do is choose the topic and then try to fit those keywords in your content. Do not use the keywords and write content on it. this would make you use your keywords repeatedly which would again lead to keyword spamming. Google up the keywords, get the idea what content you would like to place in and then start creating!
SEOThanks for the info. I definitely intend to do a little bit of research to see what keywords are appropriate for me.There are still some things I am struggling with however. How do you know how often your keywords should appear in your content? Are there certain ways you should structure your content so you get the best bang for your buck? What other pointers should I keep in mind when I am creating content to make sure that the search engines are happy?Everything I have found on Google so far it is very basic and there's no real technique or methodology revealed.I guess what I am looking for is basic technique and methodology.
Don't worry too much about keywords, just create something that give valuable use for visitors. Keyword density is about 2-3% per content.
Thanks,I thought keyword content was extremely important. Can anyone recommend a good place to find information on exactly what I should be looking for?I want this to go as smoothly as possible and I think generating the content myself would make me nervous. I would feel much more comfortable if I have something in mind that I knew I was shooting for. Thanks again for all of the help I really appreciate it.
