    I want to promote Youtube channel and playlist but I don't how to do for 1000 videos.
    Do I need to work on every single video or just need to promote channel? Kindly tell me techniques.

    You can share the video or channel link via social media sites like facebook, twitter, etc. also can post the links in forum commenting. Post some blogs about it.

    You may not have to promote all the videos separately if you know where you channel's audience reside.

    Promote your youtube channel through the right medium.

    You need to promote your YT channel and your videos will get the views, likes, and eventually you will have subscribers as well. What you should do is promote the channel with one of the finest videos you have made so far and you will soon see the results. I have heard many say that YT channel grows gradually and steadily.

    Well-planned social promotion is good and can definitely bring traffic but, for the longer term, optimize your videos. Pay attention to the title and make sure your descriptive text is well written and contains relevant keywords that fit the video content (not spammy). If you have a complimentary website, it can pay to embed key videos (those that will likely end up drawing more traffic) into a page and use Schema markup to tell Google (and other SE's) exactly what the video is about.

    Well i think you should search for your most popular videos and promote this ones because promoting every video on your channel it will be time consuming and i dont know how effective will be
