hi its not so easy if you think its hard to promote your site.you can use Google ad words also ad on facebook ad that constant 3 million user also some forum posting are more important.also make a little video clip and post it om popular video watching sites like you tube and other related sites.in this case your video should have to be eye caching and should be showing your content little information of site .

Promoting site from business aspect then I prefer you to do deep keyword analysis, what your site is about. Do find link partners from relevant industry, press releases, articles, social, bookmarks, etc.
