How to promote you Parked domain?

    I have 2 domains parked at namedrive.com .... the domains are new, i'm not receiving any visit..... how can i promote my sites??

    I've read in some other Webmaster forum that, "No promotion is allowed for Parked pages. If anyone does and is caught, all the unpaid earning will be confiscated and the person will be banned from that parking program."
