How to promote web host

I just created a web host but now I need to promote it does anyone have any suggestions on where or how I could promote it.

The web host's cheapest plans is .75 cents/month so I can't really afford to do ppc.

Also the web site that I'm using to sell the hosting is a forum.

Does anyone have any suggestions on where I should promote it.

I see that you have not done the usual badges and directories. Many of these offer free back-links (at least for a while).

If you can't afford to pay for any advertising maybe you should increase your prices. $0.75 afford payment processing fees is basically nothing. And you highest plan is $2 you should be rethinking your pricing.

 

Ok I changed my pricing. Is it still to low? Also what else can I do to promote it?
