Well, there's nothing much on your page except ads and affiliate links. You should add more content. Review each hosting company and be honest about it, don't just show their server configuration and your affiliate link. Implement a rating system that would allow users to rate webhosts and post their comments. You need traffic first of all, and as you said you don't have a big budget, you should concentrate on creating useful content that search engines could index and send visitors to your pages. The hosting niche is very crowded though and you'll have to work alot on your SEO before you'll see any results. Best of luck!
