hello dear , i have opened a new video site (http://freeutube.org/) just like clone of youtube but i donot know how to promote this site and get more traffic.

I would target the other video sites. These are full of the sorts of people you are trying to attract. Another tip I would give is to not just make 'another' video site. You are best off creating a video site that caters to a specific niche market. It may be sports videos, music videos, or whatever. Youtube has already taken the market with video so you need to give people a reason why they should use your site over youtube - catering to a specific market would give you this point of difference.
I would have to agree with nastwanna, submitting your videos on other video sites would be a great way to promote your site. I'm sure there are tons of people asking how to upload videos, add videos to their blos and so on, you do tutorials on those topic and point them to your video site.
