Looks like none of these responses are an answer to your questions, but unfortunately I do not have that type of list either. I do know that the list you are looking for will be a lot of low value links. If that's what you need/want right now go for it. Otherwise I'd spend my time looking for other opportunities.

first and most important factor is on-page optimization! make sure that your coding is perfect! then what you want to do is start building strong equitable backlinks to both sites...make sure to concentrate on only a few keywords as not to dilute your link building efforts. see you on the first page!
