I am working on the website related for training on developing communication skills and making friends based on psychology, NLP, etc. It offers the training itself and might be a DVD with video tutorial. Can anyone advise me how to promote it? Where to publish articles? Maybe there are special catalogs or something? Thank you
My best suggestion is just do a bunch of research on the niche, starting with building a list of related keywords, then use Google, to find out where the forums and sites that use those keywords are. Also use social sites to see what your competitors and potential customers are saying. Of course you should do on page SEO, and as far as where to publish articles, why not just use the big article sites that cover just about every topic. If there is a special niche article site on NLP, or something, then Google can help you find that too.
Write press releases and articles. Especially paid press releases. Maybe turn a profit on the PR itself and then suck up the SEO benefits along the way. Does take some cash though.
