How to promote our blog?

    I have created some blog still it is not cached by Google, Please let us know that how to promote own blog, your suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

    2.article marketing
    3.forum posting and signature
    4.adwords ( if you can spend some money)
    5.twitter
    6.facebook
    7.search engines ( if you can do some better seo )
    and lots more...

    Include a signature in your forum profiles.
