Hello everyone i have a torrent site and i was wondering is there any ways of promoting my site or anyways for me to get traffic, torrents are not hosted only linked thanks...
Well since it is probably illegal downloads that are free it is easy to get traffic. Try telling everyone you know and advertising with banners, that should work. Read this as well.
Your main audience is people who know about and use bittorrent so promote your site on forums on other torrent sites.
Post on movie and music sites where people don't already know about the other major torrent sites. Welcome to DP btw.
Yeah, advertise it on sites with the same niche, but don't go too crazy and advertise anywhere - there are unfortunately some "tellers" (?) about that will inform your host/whoever. Hope I've helped
Contact a few other torrent webmasters and buy banners / links You can also join warez forums and put the URL in you signature.
If you do not have good traffic,i suggest you exchange banner ads with others,if you have,try to pay ads.
