I want to learn the things needed to promote my sites and get more traffic...

try seo, go to the seo section and start promoting your site by the tricks given there.
you have not posted the url of your site, go to the seo section and post your site there, and then you will get a more targeted help!

Adwords are a waste of time and money.
The best option is to learn SEO and rank these sites in search engines.

 

Try to submit it to directories (with high PR) for free. Linkexchange with related sites, submit on promotional ads...

 

Try AdWords, SEO, subscribing to all the directories.

 

Very general question. And I would give you also a very general answer. Use this tool to look for the answers to your problem.

 

first about this site:
ajviloria.com this is your blog, your personal blog. where you write about everything. you have done games review, etc. you need to stick to a topic and atleast write a post in 2 days time. if you don't have unique and fresh content, a blog won't work too good!!

your other one is a phplink directory. both are pr0. try getting higher prs, do some article and free directory submission. try link exchange etc.

i would suggest seo, as organic traffic is lot better than the adwords traffic. try to use the seo, add contents and do link building.

Write good articles and submit to article directories. It is effective.

 

1-submit to directries
2- use good title tag
3- start forum posting
4- use adword or other pay per click program{ if you have a good and money making site}
5- use local media or put added in newspapers.
6- use classified siites
7- use social bookmarking sites
