how to promote my keywords in google first page

    im doing one of the site http://www.lewaterina.com this site has been crawled but the keywords are in the 2nd page and 3rd page.......... what are the ways to promote a keywords in 1 st page.......the keywords are 1.Hotels chennai,
    2.star hotels chennai,
    3 star hotels in chennai,
    4 star hotels in chennai,
    5.best hotels in chennai,
    6.luxury hotels in chennai

    write some good articles with your targeted keywords and submit them to sites like ezine
    don't forget to use links pointing towards your site in those articles
