I'd say don't as us advertisers don't want your low quality clicks.

By using PPC. 7search.com looksmart.com for low competition and thus cheap bids. I wouldn't bother with the big 3 adwords/ysm/adcenter if your a noob.

I hate, hate, hate MFA sites. It has become my (almost) daily routine to filter them. I hope people stop littering the internet with them!

Nothing is wrong with it, but what does an original site with usefull (sic) content have to do with: How would you promote a MFA site as opposed to a content heavy site

You sound like your stuck in the past. You obviously have no clue what a good MFA site as they have developed away from just a page of ads or scraped content a long time ago.

I guess i'd go about marketing in the same way as a content site, put links in sigs, add to directiories etc.

If you have months to wait for some SE traffic and in the mean time a few visitors a day sure thats a great technique.

what so nowdays they are more advanced and are able to steal content from other websites or have autoupdating scripts? whats different? MFA sites still do not contribute anything to the online society.

If I am wrong tell me what a good MFA site is.

www.wisegeek.com is a good example. All my MFA sites are 100% unique content i have written for me, and it is relevant to what the user is looking for. I don't look for SE traffic i drive traffic through PPC. Tell me how my MFA sites are any worse for the internet than your sites, for example your web directory i mean damn the web doesn't have a bazzilion million web directories already does it?

its not my web directory. I do not own a directory.

    I have a arcade site/ poker/ wallpaper site/ and soon a anime video site+forum

I personally do not consider wisegeek to be MFA as you said its unique content. I think wisegeek has a great layout and information database. content that has been recycled over and over is what I consider MFA sites.

Are you able to give me a correct definition for MFA? I think everyone has a different opinion to what a MFA site is.

So your telling me the sites i put up myself which i design specifically to get the user to click on adsense are not MFA sites because im using unique content?
I don't know a correct definition, "made for ads" or "made for adsense" i don't see where the content being unique or scraped comes into defining an MFA like you seem to think.

Well thats where we both differ on the definition of a MFA site.

By your definition wouldnt that make 99% of sites MFA? isnt every so called webmasters objective to get users to click ads on their site? isnt every design optimized (to the owners knowledge) to get the best CTR?

Unique content is one definition of a non-MFA site to my standards.

If 99% of webmasters make there site with the intention of the user to just click an ad then sure they are, but i don't think they do. Most webmasters want there visitors to stick around, for example you have a games site why would you offer flash games where the user could spend hours playing if you just want them to click an ad and go?
I can only say for myself anyway, i research for the highest paying ads that have the least advertiser competition, use unique content, optimize for at least a 40% CTR and i spend through PPC for traffic i don't think 99% of webmasters do the same with adsense.
