    I don't really see why someone should sign-up for another WEBSITE in which you're referring your referral link to, when all they could do is read the forums and actually learn the same things.

    There is no specific answer for you question here. It is because there are many factors involved in order to profit from CPA offers. It is all about research, try and keep on trying with many different marketing strategies. These might involve marketing the CPA offers in articles submission, writing reviews, using Google Adwords, advertise in Craigslist or classified ads, social media, and etc. Also, it depends on your CPA niche. Some marketing methods are effective for certain CPA niche. Therefore, it is best to try out some of these methods and find out yourself the most effective method of your own to promote the CPA offers.

    If you don't have budget or don't want to invest in money, you can try articles marketing. You may get conversion by doing so. Else, you can consider to use Google Adwords for your marketing campaign.

    Oh boy, I don't even know where to begin.
    It depends on your budget, level of experience etc.

    Right now Facebook is in my opinion the easiest way to go. I have seen people go from literally $0 or less :S
    to $5k/day virtually overnight.

    There are a ton of ways to do it. There's lots of sites that will train you too.

    I wouldn't suggest doing anything blackhat though as you're putting your commissions at risk in doing so.

    Their are multiple ways or Marketing methods to generate traffic, the key is to stick to one, either build twitter or articles or find places to respond ppc Facebook page
    but if you are able to get free ones going than you can begin building content pages where you can put relevant links, I think their are even methods to reverse engineer
    the words to relevant websites and purchase Banners with your CPA Offer toa Targeted specific site for your traffic.
