    do u need traffic or members, getting traffic is a easy way, but getting members is very difficult.

    First thing I would do is get rid of that animated banner on top. It's distracting and hard to read. Make a professional header and create a blog and start posting about your topics. You can also do some article marketing and bookmarking.

    Find someone who knows that they are doing and send the client to them.

    If you don't know how to promote their site then the only help you are is to waste their time...
