There's a few ways. I would actually encourage you though to setup a website because the impressions/sales is absolutely horrid if you don't have a website. This has just been my experience though. So when it comes down to it you can use twitter and other services that allow you to stick a link in them, like commenting on blogs. However you will likely get picked up for spam in a lot of these places and all your work doesn't really count for much. So stick with building a site, and hopefully directing traffic to it like everyone else.
Without a website there's some places to find visitors: Commenting on blogs. Posting in forums with signature link. Emails. Social media; such as twitter and facebook. I think you can track the amount of clicks you get through Bit.ly, but i'm not shure. It's not that good to just promote the sales page. You often needs to win your visitors trust and interest first.
Clickbank has an analytics program which allows you to see how many people are actually clicking on your links and how far their willing to go (to the submit order form page or actually paying). The urlshrinkers like bit.ly in my experience are just good ways to cloak the link initially but generally most of the cb vendors end up displaying the link when their redirected anyways.
hai there... try this (fizielife.linktrackr.com/aflink) you can get free, viral traffic to your affiliate links using social media sites like FaceBook and Twitter.
