How to promote Chinless words in Google.hk ?

I have a Chinless word and want to promote in http://www.google.com.hk/. what should i do and can share local Article, Directory and Social bookmarking website (in Chinless language ) so that i can submit my words in that website.

Hello Amit, This is my website http://www.meshk.com.hk/ and my word is 廣告招牌 i wan to publish article directory, Social bookmarking for his keyword. that is why i am asking for chinless submission site lists.
