Hi, I need some suggestions for promoting a e-commerce based online store. My plan is to sell some physical items through Amazon in beginning and later my own products. Any help will be appreciated. Regards HZ
I specialize in ecommerce. How unique is your product? I think to really make a mark in ecommerce these days you need to be in a niche that isn't super competitive. If you have a good and unique product, you can be extremely successful with PPC and organic traffic (SEO). Advertising through Amazon is a good way to gain some exposure too, but I haven't attempted that yet.
My make most of my money in this field (all online of course), check my 10 free traffic report, it gets me currently 65,000 visitors a month. So this would work for eCommerce.
I have a very unique as well as very successful marketing technique if you are interested. I have used it on numerous ecommerce websites, and the average increase in sales in the 23 websites we are currently marketing is just over 12%, which is pretty good. If you are interested, send me a PM and I'll give you some more details.
try facebook Marketing, create amazing advertising campaigns and Crowd sourcing designers are great for this... design99 and crowdspring are nice for designing of your adverts.
Listen, depending on what you are selling. The only way to truly be successful starting out is starting with a PPC. Check your keywords for per click prices and you can see how much it will cost you. You need a decent budget, but you will definately get a decent return. One of my consulting clients started selling "Bathroom Fixtures" but didint implement PPC. After they established a $500 a day budget (which may be too much for you now), they began selling $15 - $20K a day in products. (Revenue, not profit). In this business if you want to be big, you have to start big.
to promote the e commerce based online store, you must have a website with relevant traffic of same theme. You can use seo, sem and smo for promoting online store. This is time consuming process then you should have more patience. Thanks NV Marketer
