PPC is the fastest way to prove that your products give you any profit or not ?

After that you can Promote by SEO to have long term Profit with minimum expense.

You could try Squidoo. Here's a thread that contains a quick step by step process to creating a lens

I've had some good success with Craigslist too - great for top search engine rankings!

Does anyone know where I can find a guide that deals with driving PPC (i.e. Adwords) traffic to my Amazon links?

I understand this to be the fastest way of making sales.
I've used the search function but can't find a guide that deals with the proper methodology and a blueprint dealing with Adwords/ and other PPC engines.

    Thanks a million

PPC is fastest, but risky for newbies. Make sure you know what you're doing before you jump in.

It's depend on your knowledge. It would be better to not jumping to the PPC bandwagon if you are a newbie to that giant money sucker. You will really get suck to nothing by spend thousands of dollar a day to earn mere ten bucks.

I suggest you to try the "free method" first such as SEO, blogging, comment posting, forum signature, article submission, squidoo, etc (handful of them). After you get some fund rolling in from that methods, then you can "try" to tap in to PPC market to test the water with the profit you earn from the free method.

Yes it's slow I know. But we should let things manifest and grow before getting the fruitful money tree. PPC is fast, I agree. But I only dare to use them with half of the "pure" profit I earned from slow method. Well, just to be safe and won't headache because of unpaid bills each month! :)

Promotion is easy. But Amazon products are expensive and difficult to sell IMO...

PPC is tricky with Amazon, as you have to have a "Landing Page" now or some kind of in between. For specific products and niches it could work... but I prefer utilising organic traffic
