I want to know how to promote a US based web design, web development, mobiles apps development, content writing and related services business in USA.

Company is established in New York.

Any good ideas and suggestions please?

4. Participate in industry niche forum and do post, reply query
5. Start blog commenting on industry niche article like - web design, seo, mobile apps
6. Do social media marketing
7. Local business listing

For old website,
1. Start submitting article on other industry niche high quality sites, blog
2. Video promotion and marketing
3. Provide expert view and solutions to newbie
4. Social media marketing (linkedin, twitter, facebook)
5. Participate in industry niche community sites
6. Email marketing
7. Submit portfolio on certain sites like behance.net

 

Seach on google for top forums for you niche and be an active member on them.

You have a gazillion competitors in your space here in the U.S. Everything from a 14-year-old holding himself out as a seasoned web designer to multi-million dollar web design/IM firms with hundreds or even thousands of employees. So you will need to differentiate. If you have some budget how about doing a postcard mailing to small/medium businesses or perhaps a telemarketing campaign around the country? Perhaps you could offer a free webinar on the "3 Most Important Website Design Considerations" or something like that to draw initial interest.

Right now, I am helping a telecom consulting business to do presentations at local Chamber of Commerce meetings to pitch their products/services. That might be a good way to get the word out to a bunch of small/medium-sized businesses.

I get a good amount of traffic from US from social networking and social bookmarking sites like Facebook, Reddit, Pinterest and Stumbleupon.
You might want to give it a try.

 

Probably your business is just a spec on the US continent. This is not a bad thing, it's not like fortune 500 and 1000 companies are established as they are now. They all start from humble beginnings just like you. So to somehow gain online visibility, submit the business on business listing sites, engage in social media be active on all leading social media platforms.

Wow... that is about as basic of a question as you could possibly ask, without just saying, "How do I make money?"

I'm not a hater... I like to stay positive... But I think you need to just start by reading and thinking. There are like 2 billion posts of information related to that on this site.

 

The #1 best is what people don't want to hear or do and that is non internet non free direct response marketing. I have done everything but I still can't beat it. But the good news is the 99% will never do it.

 

my favorite way of promoting is through facebook because you can target audience including cities and ages etc

 

My suggestion will be you can and you should utilize paid advertising. Start with Bing Ads:

If that starts giving you leads and sales add AdWords advertising to your budget as well.

I know I am not offering anything new, but I guarantee you, this could be your best bet.
