    You can promote your social exchange site through various internet forums and also promote your site on other social media exchanges.
    I think press release is the best way . I got 300+ register members through single press release

    These kind of websites are hard to br promoted today because there are authority sites in this niche!
    Manual promotion is your best bet i think!

    1. give value to this type of forum (digital forum), place signature that's not spammy with your link in it, make sure you get along with the rules
    2. be a part of facebook groups, talk to them, make friends with them, comment or post stuff with them... what kind of facebook group? Of course online marketing group. You can simply find them inside the facebook platform ... they're everywhere and they're literally everywhere. =)
