How to promote a site on Google.fr

    you can use any one or all of the following:

    1. Get a French domain
    2. Host in France
    3. Use French language - use the right tag and script
    4. Promote on Google.fr via Adwords
    5. Get links from .fr domains
    6. Get links from French language pages
    7. Tell Google via webmaster tools that your site is targeted at France
    8. Start a French blog

    Get links from sites having French IP.
    Get Links from French Language pages.
    Use French Anchor Texts.

    And, set the Geo Targeting feature in GWT to France.

    Use frech related sites to promote. Get host on France and submit your site link on local frech search engine.
