Here is what I offer: Blogs: 5 posts a week 25 blog comments a week on other blogs- you will receive the links where the comments were posted. Twitter: 8 updates per day Facebook: 4-5 updates per day Twitter: 25 new friends a day will be followed to encourage new users Facebook: 5-10 new people will be asked to join you friends or Fans per day if you have a fan page--Facebook is very strict with their friend requests and sometimes thinks you are spamming when you ask too many people for friend request. So this method will only be done up to Facebook standards.
