Well, a few month ago I decided to develope and idea i had in mind.
Basically its a site that allow brand to purchase a "color" that is representative or simple they like from the 216 colors web palette.

I made a professional Press release distribution that can be found here
http://www.project216.com/news.php and was entitled Project 216 Allows Businesses to “Adopt” and Brand the 216 Web Palette Colors

But I am in a point where i dont know how to go on with this... I think its a unique idea, something really intresting, basically because colors have an huge potencial in marketing.

I got also some intresting quotes...

Color increases brand recognition by up to 80 percent
    University of Loyola, Maryland study

    Color Engages and Increases participation
Ads in color are read up to 42% more often than the same ads in black and white (as shown in study on phone directory ads).
Source: White, Jan V., Color for Impact, Strathmoor Press, April, 1997
    Code (markup):
How you think people i must go on with this?
I think i have reasonable prices and a unique idea and script.. but its turning difficult to make the next step. Should i look for a marketing brooker?

I think the problem is that the companies usually want to market to the end user. The only people that will get exposure to the branded color(s) are those involved in the creative industry that work with company colors and brands everyday.

    Good luck.

It's a much more interesting concept than the pixel ads or that guy who traded his paper clip for a house... But, those were pretty dumb ideas, that only suceeded due to the marketing skill & ingenuity of the people behind them. Having said that, keep pushing forward and respond to any and all feedback you get.

Good luck and let us know who it's working for you.
