According to me , join some celebrity forums and keep posting hotlinked pics. When users will go to the site for downloading picture, they will come to know about your site and if they like it. Bam ... your site will be a hit
If your image hosting software has an option to post thumbnails that link back to a page (as oppose to a picture) on your image host site, then that will definitely be a plus and you can do what satangod says and I agree, it will be a hit
