    Try to advertise on webmaster-related sites. Of course the obligatory directories like DMOZ and Yahoo listings are always good. Mostly target development oriented sites as their users typically are always on the lookout for new software.

    Advertise your downloads on forums and other webmaster related sites try and get repeat visitors by offering something to come back for.
