lol yup google is king. I have had a lot of success lately through facebook and twitter advertising. Just build your accounts and they let you put links in your status. You can also try to grow a group at facebook. If your group goes viral, you have hit the advertising jackpot.
Yahoo sends in some good amount of traffic. So if there is no traffic from Google, then Yahoo can help. But that traffic will be much less than what we can get from Google. Also, signatures, article directories etc can help a little bit.
without Google you can use email marketing,news letter and social bookmark and also article submission they can give you traffic but still Google track your effort for it,unless you install your robot script as no follow
If you want to be a successful then you should use google, there are many other ways but approx 60% users use google, and from this you can understand the importance of google. And one thing I would never suggest you to go for email marketing because it is that worst thing I ever found....
Google is the biggest of the top 3 search engines, the other two being Yahoo and MSN. So why not research what it takes to get good rankings on Yahoo and MSN. There's plenty of information out there. It seems easier to get into MSN for long tail keywords in some categories. It's worth experimenting. Also it's a numbers game. If you are going to bypass Google then you need to up the numbers considerably for your web pages if you are going to focus on Yahoo and MSN.
