    Any ideas on how do i bring lots of reader traffic to my blogsite.

    Write good content, be active and helpful/interesting on forums related to your topic and let other know about your blog (don't spam every post with a link), don't be afraid to link to other blogs (well-known or not), they will find out and could link back.
    And write interesting/useful content to which peoples will be willing to link to.

    No need to promote as for now.
    Write interesting, original content and you will get link love, google love and traffic ;)

    Write about 10-20 quality articles and then try to contact other bloggers in your niche to let them know about you, your blog, etc.

    Write unique and interesting posts, ping your site, include technorati. And yes, do explore other blogs and comment on the posts of your interest. Do not post scrap comments, but pleasant ones and showing interest in the topic.

    Also you can get into article marketing. Write articles and have a link to your blog in the resource box.

    Try doing it naturally with mailing some freinds at first asking them what they think, you can also pay certain companies and they will send you traffic...it depend on how much you need it to happen.
