theres no unique way, every way has been used, the useful way is the normal way and more people will use it.

well my friend.... there is not a one way of promoting the blog.. first you need to make your blog on a topic which is demanded.... then you have to submit your blog on the directories, maintain your blog... keep it active.... make it eye catching... use Adwords if you can invest money, use PTC websites to promote your website and increase the traffic, use different social networks to promote your website etc.....
