And also http://pingomatic.com/ helps a lot.

 

I Sended a ping hmm don't exactly know wat is with this ping but oh well maybe you can let me know more about "pinging" and technorati

It is a type of service which lets those websites know that you have some fresh content in your blog.

This is what i know about it.

 

Aham they are like search engines crawling .
One question if you give a ping do you need to do this regulary ?

You need to ping every time you have a new post. I see you're using Wordpress. Wordpress is set up by default to send a ping every time you post so you should be OK,.

 

I know its not high up in the priority list but I would change out the theme at some point.

nonmedia first i whant to rank well and have backlinks content traffic and then i will do a nice funny theme .

By default wordpress sends a ping to pingomatic.com Pingomatic is like a "meta-ping" serive, it will forward your ping to a bunch of other services that accept ping. Take a look at this article:
