My experience with Google+ isn't big, but what I've learnt so far is that the most important thig is, of course, to connect with people, join communities, connect your website to your Google+ account and post valuable, informative and interesting content.
You can join communities and share you blog content on google+, increase your followers and post new content on the daily basis.
That's exactly what I've done. So ppl just ad me as a frined every now and then. Or I ad the others. I never use Gogle plus before but ppl started to follow me and I saw there is some traffic from there. Do not push bit make a good profile and post every now and then. Like others posts.Ther eis many groups about blogging and stuff but do not go to every one. You'll become lost iand it's wrong way just to link it. If you want ppl remeber you, choose just a few groups. The same as on FB. Good luck!
Promotion of google plus blog even share everything on google plus profile and google plus page share content, blog post, blog marketing etc
Connect your blog to Google+. Switch your Blogger profile to Google+ to take advantage of automatic sharing, the Google+ blogging community, and upcoming features designed to help you build a following.
I believe in going to the source first, which is Google. Helps avoid misinformation or you could post threads to get clarification on this forum. Did a Google Search with "Promote a blog on Google+". Came up with the following which was put out by Google itself. Simple to understand ways to promote a blog. https://support.google.com/blogger/answer/42377?hl=en Compliance should be a concern, so I also did a Google Search for "Google+ Terms and Conditions" Lead to Policies for Google+, Hangouts & Photos https://www.google.com/intl/en-US/+/policy/content.html Shared with the intent to help. hello Without great traffic to your blog site, your posts will not be get read, regardless of the quality of your articles. Google+ has massive opportunities to promote your blog, and drive traffic to it. here I shared some steps Google Plus to drive traffic to your blog posts. 1: Make a Google+ Business Page This is kind of similar to making a business Page on Facebook: you need to have a personal G+ to make a business site. You can add your location, your business category, and customize your profile image, tagline and introduction section. Include your website. 2: Share with your Circles Circles provide an amazing opportunity to share your blog posts to targeted people. They are a way to segment G+ users that you follow. You can kind of segment circles a bit like you might bluntly do so for an email list. For example, create circles for customers, industry leaders, partners, and team, or any other categories that suit your business needs. People don’t know what circle you have them in, so you’re not going to offend. To promote your blog posts, share them with targeted audiences, and connect with them by writing specific updates for your post. 3: Engage in Communities Google+ Communities provide an amazing way to expand your reach and networking online. Communities are very different than Circles. Communities are groups online - kind of like really modern, interactive forums. For a business you can also think of them like a huge marketplace where you can branch out and network with customers. Communities may not give you the same personal interaction as a trade show - but they’re a lot easier and less expensive to get to! 4: Use Hashtags Hashtags were introduced to Google+ just a few months ago. Use them as a way to better reach your niche market on the site. Hashtags enable you to kind of categorize your updates, and help you to get found in searches on the site. Make tags to promote a campaign. You can use hashtags to create a shared, interactive category about a marketing campaign your business is running. 5: Don’t Post Your Entire Blog 6: Sign Up for Google Authorship Google Authorship helps to build your influence online, and creates a visual tie to your posts in searches. Blog posts tend to look more appealing, and trustworthy with a face beside it. 7: Host Google+ Hangouts To gain more networking, and create a tighter posse within G+, host a Google+ Hangout. You can use it in conjunction with blog posts, to get people reading your articles, and then discuss them on a weekly or monthly basis.A G+ Hangout is kinda like a webinar, or video conference - but it’s free. You can have up to 10 guests participating. Use them for other business communications too, like industry interviews, live webinars, monthly gatherings, and even as private internal meetings. You can share your Hangouts on your YouTube channel, so even more people can watch it. Hangouts are also a really cool way to network. Check out the Live Hangouts on Air to see 8: Include +1 Button make sure you include a +1 button on all of your blog posts. This may be an obvious point, but don’t overlook it. thank u
You can create a page with the name of your blog and proper information filled in. You need to make specific circle and follow the users so that you can get followers. Thereafter you can post the link of your blog so that your users could click on it and you could be able to get traffic on your blog.
Google + is similar to Facebook groups. You have groups which you can join and even build fan pages for you to have a following base. Simply search a group related to your keyword and submit some posts inside and the traffic will come.
One more thing I want to tell you is that you can add your blog link to the introduction by using anchor text link which will give your blog post a backlink from G+. It will show you nofollow but its dofollow when you see it after logout.
1. Share with Circles - If you don’t know much about Google+ you might not know about the circles on Google+. When you add a person to one of your circles, you are following them and will receive updates from them but they will not automatically receive updates from you. They must add you back in their circles. You can control which content is delivered to each of your circles. Circles give you a great chance to be picky about who you want to target when it comes to promoting your blog. 2. Get Involved - You’ll find on Google+ that there are a ton of different communities. If you can find a community that is based on your niche, you’ll be able to talk to people who are interested in the same things as you. If you can answer some of the questions that people might have you’ll be seen as an authority figure and people will check out your blog, to see what else you’ve got to say. 3. Start networking your blog to is a great way to promote your blog. By following the advice given here, you’ll be able to get some great results and finally get your blog some of the attention it deserves.
Without great traffic to your blog site, your posts will not be get read, regardless of the quality of your articles. Google+ has massive opportunities to promote your blog, and drive traffic to it. For many marketers and business owners though, this social site has remained a mystery. Lots of businesses try the site out, only to get frustrated because they don’t quite get how to connect with their market on it. The best advice I’ve heard from seasoned G+ marketers is to loose your Facebook mindset, add a bit of Twitter, sprinkle in some LinkedIn Groups, be prepared to actually network, and only then can you really start using G+.
