How to promot tv show site?

Hello all,

I have just finished coding my own TV Show script, I was tired of wordpress.

Now my question is, how does one get some promotion for this kind of site? Where do I start? I am a total marketing newb. How does all the big tv show sites get their traffic?

I need to get some hints.

put a forum on your site so user can talk about the show? just keep adding good content and audience will follow..

 

Youtube I guess. TV shows dicussion forums should be plenty of fans site about the TV shows

 

first you have to search good keywords and much better that you start focusing on few keywords. Then you can start blogs related to your niche, then leave a comment on those blogs with your hyperlinked keyword. You can also try social bookmarking and social blogging. credit cards for students

 

I just recommend you to start forums on your site try get users as much as possible and try to increase your traffic through social networking sites; Do some press release about your portal you will get a very good result.
