how to prohibit regedit command in run menu?

    There are some ways to protect your registry. One of these I know is to use regedit.exe and find key

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER - Software - Microsoft - Windows - CurrentVersion - Policies

    Create System key in right pane if it do not exist.

    Add a DWORD string called DisableRegistryTools in system key, value 1. You need to restart os maybe.

    Go to see how do I guard my windows registry.
