I need to make this application 1- facebook user visit my facebook page and go to landing page 2- the landing page must fill information and like the page to go to the competition 3- after that a page appear for them to upload there photo and the most photo get likes win the application must have 1- share button 2- like button 10 random photo and when some body like the photo or upload the photo it must be a status on his wall about what he did my platform will be wordpress or php no problem
You want what's called a photo contest application - do a Google search, there are quite a few commercial options available for Facebook fan pages.
