How to prevent your site from be bounded by the government rules?

    I'm starting a video sharing site for a specific country and I don't want the site to be governed by the government's rules.

    Is there a way to get around this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Ex: Hosting offshores, creating a LLC in pakistan etc.
