How to prevent scam

    I think I just been scammed. Bought a website for $10, but only got domain. Now the website is down. How do you prevent this. Isn't there suppose to have scam prevention mechanism, like phone number validation?

    You should deal with wel reputed buyers only because reputed people will not scam.If they scam,they will have to loose their reputation and reputation is a thing that takes time to be made.
