How to prevent fraud for a successful business?

    My question is:

    For webmasters, how do you prevent fraud from your website, what steps do you take to prevent:

    1. Duplicate users signups
    2. User is using emails like yahoo and so on
    3. user is able to change IP probably by a proxy and thus he can sign up again and provide fake info

    any other fraud prevention info is welcomed!

    1.You can allow only 1 email addr per account and use cookie & ip protection.

    yes 1 email address and 1 ip addres but i am more concerned about the third...

    also some other things i will do:
    1. manual aproovel.
    2. user must enter all his information.
    3. get a proxy list and ban it's ip's

    any one knows how to do the third?

    Ask paypal account info, ask full name & street address... ask them to make a $1 credit card payment (it's a small sum, yet it's pretty good way to ensure where the money comes from)
