How to prevent cloning of site files on server?

Let's say I have a website with a custom script that I'm selling as a complete package. So after a purchase, I transfer all the content to the buyer on their server. Is there a way to allow it for only one time use? As in, no duplicating or cloning the script for any of their other sites. Any one have any suggestions?

 

I don' think so. You should then opt for the ioncube loader, encrypt the actual contents.

 

You should be using a licensing application on your server & provide license to the buyer for each domain & the script that you provide should have a mechanism to check the license & its associated domain .
There are softwares to do this that you need to buy in-order to use it.
Or else as the other member said ,encrypt the source code & sell it.
